Our custom engagements follow a deliberately boring process — because boring ships.
1. Discovery (1–2 weeks)
We meet with stakeholders, audit your current product if one exists, map user journeys, and define the metrics we'll move. The output is a one-page brief that everyone — engineers, marketers, leadership — can agree on.
2. Design (2–4 weeks)
Wireframes first, then high-fidelity. We validate the riskiest screens with real users before a single line of production code is written. You see designs in Figma; we hand them off internally to engineering.
3. Build (rolling)
We ship in vertical slices: a small piece of full-stack functionality, end to end, every week. By week 4 you have a working product in staging. Every subsequent week delivers measurable improvement.
4. Launch
We co-pilot the launch with you — soft launch, monitoring, post-launch tweaks based on real usage.
5. Handover
We hand you a code base your in-house team can extend. Documentation, onboarding video, and a 30-day post-launch support window are all included.
Pricing
Engagements are fixed-price per phase with a clear scope. We avoid pure time-and-material because it makes everyone anxious about timesheets.
