Digital products are non-returnable in the conventional sense, but we do issue refunds when one of the following applies:
Cases we refund
Material misrepresentation — the product is materially different from what's described on the product page, and we cannot resolve the difference within a reasonable time.
Critical defect — a defect prevents normal use and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you raise a support ticket with reproduction steps.
Duplicate charge or charge with no corresponding order.
Charged after cancellation or charged for a subscription period after you cancelled.
Cases we cannot refund
You don't want it after downloading it.
It didn't meet your expectations.
You changed your mind.
You bought the wrong item by mistake.
You don't have enough technical experience to use it.
The item is incompatible with third-party software, hardware, or hosting beyond what's stated on the product page.
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
You opened a chargeback before contacting support.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds settle in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
