When can I get a refund?

Specific cases that qualify for a refund and the cases that don't.

Digital products are non-returnable in the conventional sense, but we do issue refunds when one of the following applies:

Cases we refund

  • Material misrepresentation — the product is materially different from what's described on the product page, and we cannot resolve the difference within a reasonable time.

  • Critical defect — a defect prevents normal use and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you raise a support ticket with reproduction steps.

  • Duplicate charge or charge with no corresponding order.

  • Charged after cancellation or charged for a subscription period after you cancelled.

Cases we cannot refund

  • You don't want it after downloading it.

  • It didn't meet your expectations.

  • You changed your mind.

  • You bought the wrong item by mistake.

  • You don't have enough technical experience to use it.

  • The item is incompatible with third-party software, hardware, or hosting beyond what's stated on the product page.

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

  • You opened a chargeback before contacting support.

How to request

Email support@creative-cape.com from the address on your order with:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • A clear description of the problem with screenshots, video, or reproduction steps

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds settle in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
