What it gives you
The exact same coverage as the included window — defects, install help, reasonable usage questions — but for another 6 or 12 months from the date you renew.
Pricing
Extended Support is per product purchase and is priced as a percentage of the original purchase price. The exact price is visible in your portal next to each order.
How to renew
Sign in to your portal.
Go to Orders and click the product whose support has expired or is about to expire.
Click Buy Extended Support.
Pick 6 months or 1 year, pay, and your support window is renewed instantly.
Can I let it lapse and renew later?
Yes — but the new window starts on the day you renew, not retroactively. So if you let it lapse for 3 months and renew, you'll have effectively paid for 9 months of coverage to get 6 months active.
Still on the fence?
If you've already opened a support ticket within the included window, your current ticket runs to completion regardless of when the window ends. Renewal only matters for new issues raised after expiry.
