All account settings live in your portal under Profile and Security.
Update your name or email
Sign in.
Click Profile in the dashboard sidebar.
Change your first name, last name, or email.
If you change your email we'll send a verification link to the new address; the change takes effect once you click it.
Change your password
Click Security in the sidebar.
Enter your current password and a new password.
Save.
If you've forgotten your password, sign out and use the Forgot password link on the login page.
Notification preferences
Under Profile → Notifications you can opt in/out of:
Marketing emails
Product updates and changelogs
Support ticket replies (operational — cannot be turned off while tickets are open)
Tax invoices (operational — cannot be turned off)
Operational emails are sent because they're tied to a transaction — receipts, support replies, password resets. We can't disable those without breaking the service.
