Inside your portal, Orders lists every purchase you've ever made — paid or refunded — with the timestamp, amount, and tax breakdown.
What each row shows
Order number — quote this when you contact support.
Date of the order.
Status — paid, refunded, partially refunded, or cancelled.
Amount in your billing currency.
Download for the product files.
License keys for products that issue them.
Invoice PDF ready to download.
Re-download a product later
There's no expiry on download links inside the portal — you can re-download a product months or years after purchase, even if your support window has expired. License keys remain valid forever.
Lost an order
If a purchase isn't showing up:
Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout.
Check Spam for the original order email.
Email support@creative-cape.com with the date and approximate amount.
